Now to something less interesting.
Yesterday I bought all my school stationery.
It was rather fun. At Officeworks, I always seem to end up buying more than I planned. For example, I bought POST IT NOTES !!!!! I LOVE POST IT NOTES!!!!
Now I'm going to download a Windows version of Stickies. Its like POST IT NOTES for your computer screen. HOOYAY!!!
I still haven't found out what hooyay means yet. Even though I did go to the state library, I didn't look for any Somali dictionaries. The state library is really good. They even have scores! Lots of scores, except for Dvorak and Mahler. Masses of Rimsky-Korsikov and Tchaikovsky. Loads of scores. When I went to the state library with Harry and Matthew, we also went to two JB HiFis, Allan's and Thomas' Music. I bought 3 DVORAK CDs. HOOYAY!!!! A CD of his Serenade for Strings and Serenade for Winds. I found out later that it got 3 stars from Penguin, which is the best. Another CD of chamber works and some light on orchestral pieces. And the third CD was of his Slavonic Rhapsodies and the first set of his Slavonic Dances. The day we went into the city was really good.
